Gray Rocks Spa Policies
Our spa is open seven days a week during peak hotel times. You may reserve a spa time by phoning our regular reservation number or by dropping by the spa during open hours (located just across from the swimming pool near the main reception).
The following spa policies apply to hotel guests as well as spa visitors:
- Arrival time. Arriving a few minutes prior to your appointment ensures you have the full time for your treatment. Late arrival may take time off of your treatment as other guests may be scheduled after your time.
You must arrive 60 minutes before your treatment
if you want to use the pool and jacuzzi.
- Cancellations. Cancellations are required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. After hours, please leave a message with Gray Rocks reception. Failure to show without cancellation forfeits 100% of the service price.
- Payment. Guests may charge payments to their rooms. Gray Rocks OceanoSpa also accepts cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Sorry, no out of town cheques are accepted.
- Gratuities. Gratuities are customary and left to the discretion of the client. Please note that gift certificates do not include gratuities unless otherwise indicated.
- Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates of any size are available. All gift certificates are non-refundable but are fully transferable. Gift certificates have an expiry of one year. If an extension is required, please contact us prior to the expiry date and we will be pleased to extend the life of your certificate for up to an additional year.
